We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Would request you to please attach a picture if the product you received has some issues, so our team can review and assist you with the exchange/refund ASAP. The refund / exchange has to be applied for within 7 days of receiving the product, we will not accept it if it’s been more than 7 days.
Please specify the order number and the number of products you'd like to change.
We will initiate the reverse pickup, which will be done in the next 3-5 business days, once this is done and we have received the package back in our warehouse, we will initiate the refund on the next business day.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on mystery products, clearance zone products and sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it takes 5-7 business days for RazorPay to refund the money to the original source of payment. For COD orders, we will refund your money within 5-7 business days via UPI / Net Banking once you provide us the details.
